Veolia Nuclear Solutions – Federal Services (VNSFS) serves as an integrated subcontractor of SOCCo. The venture is led by Amentum, Fluor and Cavendish Nuclear. ![](/sites/g/files/dvc2436/files/styles/default/public/image/2023/08/PORTS%20entrance%20sign.jpg.webp?itok=Bq0YZuiW) Portsmouth Entrance Sign The contract has an estimated value of $5.87 billion, over a 10-year period, and includes performance of task orders issued up to an additional five years. The new D&D Contract replaces the PORTS D&D contract currently held by Fluor–BWXT Portsmouth, LLC (FBP). Work to be performed under this new contract will include, but not be limited to demolition and disposal of facilities, process equipment, related process buildings, and other ancillary facilities.
